On February 12 we wrote to our elected representatives, the Rt Hon Greg Clark MP and Councillor Carol Mackonochie, to ask how they will be working to ensure any development in the area does not add to the misery suffered by local residents.

On February 21 we received the following reply from Greg Clark, on which it was heartening to see he had taken the time to reinforce several key points.

Save Capel is continuing to analyse the events and impacts of both storm Ciara and Dennis to inform our future submissions to the Local Plan consultation process, and we will be sharing reports in the future.
